Kroger Pharmacy

"Do not use this pharmacy, they are extremely slow, always understaffed. I get a notification from them saying my prescription will be ready to be picked up after 3pm. I get there and stand in a ridiculously long line for over an hour just for them to tell me they don't have my prescription and won't have it until 3 days later. They didn't even bother to call me or let me know that my prescription actually wasn't available. Very terrible absolutely do not recommend this pharmacy and I will be switching right away"

"Absolute terrible serive. I came in this morning to get my medication because I'm sick & not only did I find foil in my liquid medication but when I brought it back Kristen was extremely rude not only ignored me but also threw her head phone off and walked away while I was trying to speak to her about why the medication was now missing like 5 ML of my medication and why the outside of the bottle was COVERED in my medication at which point I'm assuming is the pharmacist got back on the head set and asked me to send it back in after I had already driven BACK there to return the foil filled medication to begin with and all they could offer was 50 cents in points and not even an apology . I would go somewhere else. Law suit waiting to happen . What if someone that was allergic to what medication I had grabbed the bottle ? Lazy and rude workers"

"I have had trouble getting my meds even though I'm on auto-refill! It has happened several times and I have tried to figure out the problem. Today tried to get to the bottom of it again! And the customer service???...tech litterally was refusing to listen to what i asked! After at least 5 minutes of this i had to ask for the person in charge and the assistant came over and he anwsered the question i was asking There is a big problem with auto-refill as well as how to treat your customers. Your pharmacy was always blaming my doctor/office! Because of the rudeness and inability to fix your problem ....good bye Kroger"

"This store is a total disaster, constantly out of stock even in basic supplies. The pharmacy is a joke, the appearance of the outside is always littered with trash. Ceiling tiles in the store are water stained or missing."

"I usually get my prescription filled at Kroger in Valley Station, KY. The pharmacy there is terrible. I've waited in line as long as an hour just to speak to a pharmacist. They won't even answer their phone. Due to a family situation I had to come up to galloway and had my prescription transferred up here. This pharmacy by far is one of the best. I called to inquire about my prescription and they answered on the 3rd ring. And when I came in to pick up my prescription there was only 1 person in line in front of me. Thank you for being so professional and taking care of your customers"
