"The staff at Bucyrus Walmart Pharmacy are great. The App and the Online Pharmacy pieces are really quite bad. Trying to keep refills straight online is a real negative. The AutoRefill system works about 60% of the time. As good as the people are I'm thinking I'll need to move my prescriptions to someplace else. I just can't deal with the failures of the app and online experience. Update: I moved 7 prescriptions to another pharmacy to get my meds synced and to get daily pill packs. They do that for free. But at the same time I learned Walmart Bucyrus is better at working with doctors and insurance when problems arise. Also I found that Walmart Bucyrus looked for and applied manufacturer's coupons to save me money on prescriptions. At the other Pharmacy I have to call doctors myself to fix prescription issues. Also I now have to find and print coupons myself."
"Was at WM and asked to use a discount card for a rx I was getting. Nancy was the clerk who waited on me. She was very rude and told I'd have to bring in the ad. I told her I didn't have an ad , and never used it before. She then said very loudly :I suppose you think I should do it for you?" I should have walked out but instead said yes. She was very rude and condescending and with her attitude should NOT be dealing with the public"
