While understanding that this may be a business decision which your frontline employee is tasked with enforcing, the entire experience lacked customer centricity. As a small business, I specifically sought out Playmatters for my toddler’s holiday shopping as the customer service and product offering were assumed to be delightful, but after this experience I will not be returning."
