"The store itself isn’t bad… I just met up there on 05/22/2023 and spoke with Lilly. I was told they closed an hour early and wasn’t given a reason as to why. The only reason I was given was “well we just decided to close early today” Despite the store saying open until 7. Which led to an unnecessary trip because they “felt like closing” an hour early. Unprofessional."
"If it wasn't for the employee that was working I would have probably rated higher, but the lady working the front desk was so rude. The store closed at 8pm. We even asked her when we came in ans she said 8pm. It was 7pm when we walked in. She continued to keep watching our group and cane up multiple times and then said the store was closing in 10 mins when it was 7:35pm. So we completed our purchase and she slammed the gate when closing the store. So rude and we didn't even get to fully look around for anything. Never again"
