"Pharmacy could be better if the government would stay out of it. To many regs to deal with"

"Most the time they r closed when they r supposed to be open. And I’m not talking about the lunch break either. They also never have a refill medicine ready on time, when I call in medicine, it says a pick up time I usually wait 12 to 24 hours from the time it tells me to pick it up and it still is not ready!!! And this ain’t just happened once. I hate going to the drive thru and they say “ oh, it’s not ready. Give us 15 minutes.” NO!! I done gave you 37 hours. You’ll be closed for lunch break in 15 minutes. They either don’t like to work in there or they got too many patients and can’t afford to take on Kroger‘s patients too!! Sry but this is a pharmacy, the community needs their medication!!"

"Rude pharmacy techs. My 75 year old father went in on a Saturday to have a chemo prescription refilled, happend to be a vitamin he has to take. The tech told him that "we go to lunch in 20 minutes so you'll have to wait until we get back". She seriously made a 75 year old, lung cancer patient, wait an hour-PLUS, during a Covid crisis for his refill. I posted this earlier, but apparently businesses can delete the reviews they dont like. We will continue to post so no other customers are treated this way."
