Reconfirmed many things I had been taught earlier and had been doing as well as introduce new ways of doing things and to not do things. Roy was personable, fun and professional. I am very excited to put everything in practice and create better qualities pieces. Not an inexpensive venture but I’m thrilled with the value I received.
