"Stopped by to pick up a pre-paid order, and it was not in the usual pick up area. So, I got in line to ask a cashier for my order...at 6:30 pm there was only 1 cashier, with a huge line of customers. I ended up leaving without my order (or the additional items i planned on buying). I feel bad for the woman running the entire checkout area alone, she should've had assistance from a manager. Other customers were complaining. During the busiest time of year, they really should be better staffed."
