"I would just like to thank the owner, Karen. My mother and I drove to Too Cute Beads, not knowing that it was an online store. Instead of sending us away, Karen was extremely helpful and welcoming. I was trying to find a particular pendant for my cosplay costume. She was really informative. She told us what online sites to search, as well as advised us of the appropriate sizing to match my cosplay. Phenomenal customer service and overall an amazing human being. My mother and I are happy that we came here. Even though we didn't purchase anything, we left with the information we needed and a great experience."

"Visited years ago when the store had a cute little store front like what's shown in the photos here. Tried to come on Black Friday 2017, but had quite a struggle finding the place. In my mind I was remembering the cute store. But I was shocked when I finally found its current location... INSIDE a self-storage facility! Well, they were closed by the time I found them. My review is posted to assist other out-of-towners to find them. I do recall enjoying the store the one-and-only previous time I was in town and shopped there."
