"I highly recommend going to this store. This store is the best Verizon I've been to in 15 years! They actually care about their customers and make sure that you get exactly what you want. I dealt with Sean and he took the time to make sure I got the right phone and accessories. He was helpful and answered all my questions. "Best option out there! At first when I had to make a plan change, upgrade 2 of the three devices I went to a corporate Verizon store (3650 Stone Creek Blvd). After waiting 1.5 hours to speak to someone, they told me I had to return after my transfer with the third line was complete. Before I left I went over options with Caleb who provided me his cell number. After his failure to answer my call, reply to text and the long wait I experienced, I was guaranteed not to return to that location. Being exhausted with the process, I took to FB for recommendations. This site came highly recommended!!! I was concerned as they were an Authorized Dealer, but proceeded to give them a try.
