"Bought a vehicle from Simon paid it off in full a month ago have not recevied the title and no 45 day tag. Jave been calling him says he will mail it never came now he just sends my calls to voice mail."

"Terrible service. Simon is a habitual liar. I came to try to get a car from his lot only because I have bad credit and my mom recommended their lot. The first time I arrive Simon asked me how much I was willing to put down. I informed him I could only do $500. Simon then states I could apply for financing and potentially leave with a car with zero down. I give Simon all of my information and paystubs. He runs my information through the system and tells me I prequalified for gold status. He doesn’t fully explain what this means he only stated that I would be able to get a better quality car. Simon stated to me that the application process can take a full 24 hours (I’ve never had a car loan take a whole day) but I go along with it. Simon acquired my contact information and did not contact me to follow up. I went back to the dealership to try to get a car a couple days later. I am given three cars that I qualify for I test drive two (that sounded terrible) and one of them did not cut on due to the battery being dead. Simon informs me that he was at the car auction my second visit there and that he was going to bring back a car that I would qualify for. I leave and come back Simon tells me he doesn’t have any cars he thinks I would like. Simon tells me to give him a list of cars that I would like so I do. Simon states that he is going to go back to the auction and find one of the cars that I gave him. He tells me that he is going to send me pictures of the car and I should have a car by Tuesday (November 22nd). I patiently wait Tuesday comes and goes I leave a text then I called him and left him a message which he never contacted me back. If you don’t want your time wasted don’t come here. It seems Simon was not interested in selling me a car once he found out I didn’t have a high down payment."

"If I could do zero stars I would. My fiancé put down a $200 down-payment on a car that he changed his mind on and for over a week the owner has ignored our calls and refuses to give the refund. Highly unprofessional. They steal your money and give false information on the cars they sell so I'd recommend any other place to look for card unless you want to be robbed by s automotive."

"DO NOT BUY FROM SIMON OR S AUTOMOTIVE they sell cars that have mileage discrepancy I bought a 2013 fusion from him and it took me 5 months get the title and he never paid the sales tax on the title leaving me to have to pay it twice he hides that his cars are mileage discrepent by putting tmu (true mileage unknown) in the notes box on the bill of sale and WILL NOT fill out the odometer disclosure agreement. I went through months of dealing with my lawyer and the attorney general to get a resolution to the situation. DO NOT BUY FROM HIM"
