"Took to them to get the bike back running, had it 4 months to put an S&S top end and when I got it back I rode it home 20 miles and it starts slapping, goes back to them a week later and they have now had it for a total of nearly one year and I continue to catch John in lies and no progress is happening. The only guy I feel like had been honest with me is Fernando. That said I don't trust that the parts they are saying are going to be in the bike will be as John's the one working one it. Don't take anything to this company as long as he is in the picture"

"They not only took 3 months to do a simple repair but when I got my bike back there are parts that aren’t put on. They put them in the saddlebags. My bike l is dirty. They moved the switch to my speakers too under a cover. They duct taped a cover that they had cracked. And I gave it to them on a full tank. Got it back thinking I could make it home and ran out of gas because they had left it on reserve."

"John is a nice guy and he is knowledgeable. He has nice buildings. Just because he tells you it will be ready to pickup, does not mean it will be ready, or that anyone will have even started working on it."

"Took my ZX6 Ninja in for a carb cleaning. They quoted me $400. Ended up costing over $700. When I picked it up it was missing parts that they forgot to put back on. I had to bring it back in because it ran awful. After 2 months they said they had it fixed and that it ran great. It did not. I am out $700, and now have to find a shop that can actually tune bikes."

"Called for a quote of tires installed told 550-600 bill ends up being 800, when I asked they said that they misunderstood and that was just the price of the tires, bike front tire not balanced correctly, tried 3 times they couldn’t do it, decided to take it else where to have the balance done correctly. Won’t be back"
