"I wanted another car identical to the one I had which I simply drove into the ground. The cars didn’t sell well new, and 25 years later they are scarce. When I found this one for sale in Ohio, exactly 1,072 miles away, it provoked a lot of soul searching. Buying a used car across state lines, delivered, comes with some huge risks, but I knew if I was going to have another car like that I’d have to face these risks. Larry Schaaf auto sales, and the salesperson Aaron High, performed like an ambassador. It took about two weeks to get through this transaction, but when the car arrived at my door it was exactly as described. There was no puffery in the advertising, and it was a good remaining specimen of a Cadillac which is rare to begin with. I have never set foot on their property, nor seen any of their staff face to face, and I’m delighted with what I got. With out the Internet it’s believable I couldn’t find another car like this, and to buy without test driving the vehicle requires a dump truck load of blind faith. I can’t think of a negative word to say about these guys, and I’d recommend them to anybody. They handled the sale as fast as the USPS would permit, including finding someone to trailer the car to DFW Texas from Ohio. I already know I love the make and model, and I’m expecting another 10 years of happy motoring with this unit. The prior owner had taken very good care of the power train, and all the important things were as clean as a pin. It’s been in my possession about three weeks now, and I’m as happy as a pig in a mud hole."

"To be honest I will have to say I had trouble with the car I bought from them. We drove from Indianapolis, IN to look at a 2008 Hyundai Tiburon that my 18 yr. old son wanted. Aaron came in on his day off to show us the car. We drove it and all was good. After driving back to Indianapolis, the transmission went out on us within 3 hours of buying car. Being a used car and signing a AS-IS paper, I was just sick for not having the funds to put a new trans in. I call Aaron to see if there was anything I they could do. He said take it to transmission repair shop to check it out. I did it was $3800.00 to repair. After some thought Aaron told me that it was not right for me to have to take the Cost of Trans from three hours of driving, He said he had a shop in St Mary’s that he trusted and did outstanding work and came picked up from the trans shop then had that shop install the trans at Schaaf Auto’s expense. I was so emotional due to cancer treatment I’ve been taking; I could hardly thank Aaron when he told me that they were going to cover the cost if I would cover the hauling back and forth. They didn’t have to because of the AS-IS. It showed me what kind of people I was dealing with. I just can’t give Larry Schaaf Auto Sales and Aaron enough credit for their outstanding customer service . People I can say God Bless this Dealership and the People that work there. Please go and shop there you won’t be disappointed with vehicles or for sure the amazing people running Schaaf Auto Sales. Thank You All Bob Lowe"
