"I rarely visit this store, but when I do, I have been greeted upon arrival. The only reason I visit the store is to participate in T-Mobile Tuesday offers. Most offers do not require you to visit a store but occasionally, over the years i have been a customer, they give away umbrellas, mugs, spatulas, hats, etc. Luckily I do not have to interact with the employees when I visit because, as an introvert, I appreciate being able to do most account changes online."
