"Gerald was the most helpful automotive employee i’ve ever met! my alternator belt had flown off and i just barely made it to the parking lot, Gerald stood out in the freezing rain and replaced my battery for me, and checked out everything else and figured out my belt had fallen off, he grabbed it out and sent me on my way to a very reliable mechanic and i was back up and running within an hour!! I cannot express my gratitude for these employees!!! beyond helpful and nice, despite the horrible weather they were assisting me in!!!"
"These guys were fantastic. Was having battery issues, so a friend drove my wife to them to get a new battery. Installed the battery and found it wasn't getting charged. I needed a new alternator. Drove it to them the next day. They called 2 local places, but they couldn't get us in. The manager called a local mechanic, and he said he would come and replace it, he was taking alot longer than expected. 2 guys stopped in to buy parts for their car and asked if they could help. They replaced the alternator and only charged us $60 for their time. Great experience all around. Thank you Autozone!!!"
