"Why is Amazon using these people? Absolutely terrible. Tracking number said it arrived at the local Prestige depot and was out for delivery. That was 2 days ago and the depot is only 14 minutes from my house."

"Every time I have had to deal with prestige has been a miserable time. I am yet to recieve a package on time that they had any involvement with. 2 day shipping should not take 4 days. The last carrier saw that I live in an apartment complex and didn't even try to leave the package. He just called and said there was nowhere to leave it. I had to call amazon and get them to tell prestige to leave it in my leasing office. This business is full of incompetent lying morons. DO NOT USE THEM."

"DONT DO IT, ask for a different shipper if possible. Several times I have had trouble with this company. they will contantly not ship by the promised date/time and sometime the tracking information will read that it has been delivered and then show up several days after. I'm currently dealing wit the worst shipping exprience EVER, order a 300 dollar graphics card through Prime (2 day shipping) on Sunday. I still have not recieved my package (its Friday). They did not deliver my package before 8pm on Wednesday like I was promised. On top of that the following day was Thanksgiving, so here it is midday Friday and my card still has not been delivered. So I called and spoke to someone today, he told me "I can have that out to you today, this will be my first priority today". So my question is, was I not first priority on the day my package was to be shipped? Completely unacceptable."

"Worst shipping company I've ever interacted with. Frequently delivers items in the middle of the night (after 10pm) which is definitely a problem. Twice in the past two months my 2-day delivery turned into 3 or 4 because of a non-specific error on their part. What's more frustrating is that they had my package for a full 38 hours before they put it out for delivery, meaning that if they'd actually taken care of it in a more timely manner, they may have managed to deliver it in time. A note to other Amazon users wishing Prestige would be fired, PLEASE send Amazon your feedback every single time Prestige screws up. It's the only way we can hope to get things changed!"

"Contrary to everyone else's reviews, Prestige was a fairly good delivery firm. The order I had came quickly and they left my package at the door as expected. No non-deliveries, no BS with customer service. Everything went well."
