"This place. Don't get me started. My little old nana popped a tire and pulled in there for help and myself and my brother's girl went in and asked if they could help and they basically told us they couldn't do anything. Even though they have 3 garages they don't apparently own a jack? You are an auto parts store if you don't own a jack and can't help people you shouldn't be in the business. We were in a really bad place. Our tire basically unzipped, and neither of the two gentlemen working would even look at it! Come on! I will never tell anyone to come to your place of business and I hope you are happy with your choice to look past an old woman in need."
