"This would get zero stars if I could.. Audi scheduled me in for a 4-wheel alignment and sensor calibration. THEY picked the day and time of my appointment.. upon arrival the excuses start as to why the 4-hour appointment I planned for will now take longer.. after 6.5 hrs they had not touched my car and kept lying about the time of completion. I finally told them to just give me the car and left, wasting the entire day. AUDI PICKED THE TIME AND DATE OF MY APPOINTMENT. A simple phone call couldve fixed this but they chose to lie and make excuses again.. I will drive double as far to never take my car back there again"

"Would not recommend the service department to my worst enemy. Had an appointment for middle of January. Car didn’t get looked at until end of February. Appointment was supposed to be for a particular filter but they decided I needed a $1200 thermostat before. After refusing service they said any future appointments I would need to pay for service requested upfront. I have been a customer for 10 years and have took in many cars and bought plenty of parts but unfortunately with the way Keith and Tony handle things I am going to take my business elsewhere."
