"My name is Antonio Wilson and I purchased a 2018 Ford F150 from Autonation Ford North Canton back in December 2022. This vehicle has not been running correctly since the purchase.I had Toc bring the vehicle back in within 24 hours of purchasing the vehicle.Note…I purchased a $3600 warranty.I have been taking this vehicle back to the dealership with transmission/ engine and drivability issues for 10 months l. After 10 months they just decided to switch the bad transmission out and blamed it on Ford warranty.This vehicle has other issues pertaining to the motor as far as shaking shimmery, and knocking noises in the bottom end. None if these problems have been addressed and they keep trying to give me this vehicle back. So I went into the dealership today and try to sell the vehicle back to them to get a new vehicle and they are offering me thousand dollars less than what I pay for this vehicle and it has been in less than drivable condition since I purchased it. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone because of their non-binding practices towards customers once you purchase a vehicle. I would not recommend this dealership to no one. They also use worker’s who are not certified technicians, Drive customers, vehicle and diagnose them. I’m kind of confused of how a person that doesn’t have a mechanical certificate or a mechanical background can diagnose any vehicle that comes through service. Another thing I have been trying to get the number for corporate every since this has started and no one will give me the number. Just total dishonesty on the dealerships behalf if you ask me."
