"I have used Burton Floral and Garden dozens of times when our parents lived in the area. We got news that my husband's best childhood friend had passed, so wanting to support this local business we called to send a planter for the wake and funeral. My husband called the next business day around 9:45 a.m. and requested a pix of the arrangement, and Jennifer said "if I have time, I will." The viewing started that evening, so without hearing by 3p.m. he called back. He was switched to Jennifer who said she had the pix, it was currently her "lowest priority right now. " The pix of the planter leaves me feeling quite underwhelmed. The bow? Really disappointed. Between her less than lackadaisical customer service attitude and production quality, I am less than impressed. There is no focal point or sense of symmetry or asymmetry. Mostly just smash several plants in an ugly basket with a half baked bow."

"If there was a way that I could leave no star, I would. The lady inside who did the U-haul was a jerk. She was very very disrespectful. I do not recommend coming to this location to rent a U-haul. Horrible experience."
