"Horrible customer, service, and customer relations. Spent a week back-and-forth on the phone. Trying to confirm that they actually had a part. They listed for sale online after four or five days of back-and-forth. I finally got a confirmation they had the part yet. They said it was damaged and they would send me a picture to confirm whether or not it would suit my needs. After to follow up calls and three days waiting for the picture I called and the owner told me that they do over $1 million a month in business up and he’s doesn’t care if I ever get my part."

"Buyer beware.... Traveled over an hour to purchase parts and when we got back to our shop discovered a hole in the valve cover we purchased. Called to speak to someone a couple times about a refund but "the manager" wouldn't return our calls. Negative 5 stars"

"Horrible place to get parts they refused to give me my money back. I went to three different mechanics and they wouldn't put the parts on because they said it was too bad and it wasn't gonna last long. They take people's money first then you have to wait for the parts to be ready. First and last time coming here."
