"Lazy group of guys. Especially the manager Darell. They will lie to you and tell you that they don’t offer the other services every other Oreilly offers. That is until you call customer service then its they don’t feel comfortable doing it. Just save your time and money and go to Auto Zone or Advanced Auto Parts. Their both in the same area and its never a problem getting help at any one."
"The staff are not attentive to the customers needs. They sit around joking, laughing and on their phones instead of taking care of the customers. They don't greet you even with you saying hello and when you ask for help they act like you are bothering them. I felt very uncomfortable coming into this place. I will not be back."
