"Called in first to see if they were interested in a $200 Amazon gift card on a Friday. Was told they were interested and to bring it on Monday because they were getting ready to close. The following Monday J came if and was told they don't take Amazon gift cards. Horrible knowledge of company policies. Lack of communication. Lack of respecting people's time. The Gift Card Loop in Cleveland is much much better."

"Very Easy process. Workers are helpful. If you're unsure what cards they take or if they'll take a gift card you have then just call. As far as I'm concerned, they're pretty good at answer the phone and answering your questions best to their ability. Having a place that's local like this is very convenient and is great because then you don't have to deal with the Hassel of dealing with an online business going through the trouble of getting a shipping label, printing it out, shipping it, then waiting for it to arrive to get paid which most likely would have to be loaded onto your card. The Gift Card loop cuts out thise extra steps, simplifies it AND gives your hard cash.. can't beat that!"

"Used them before but has been at least 6-7 years and I took 8 quality known business gift cards in there and he Said he “couldn't mess with any of them” because some of them barely had the pin scratched off on the back of them and there is “too many grimy people out there”. Even though Half of them it was barely scratched to where you could barely see one number. And then the other half of them were new gift cards that didn’t have a scratch able pin on the back of the card and he still said “yeah I can’t message him“! Dude was just really rude and seemed like he was being bothered by my business! I WILL NEVER WASTE MY TIME DRIVING DOWN THERE AGAIN! I would much rather give my business elsewhere!"
