"I purchased a $1169 Bosch dishwasher on 2/14 that is a LEMON. The dishwasher continually throws errors. We've only run 1 cycle that completed successfully. Snow sent out a repairman the other day, and he tried his best. He also informed me that he needed to make 2 more subsequent visits before Snow/Bosch would consider replacing the dishwasher. I'm looking at 3 major appliances that will need to be replaced shortly. The jury is still out regarding where I will make the rest of these purchases. Very disappointed with my experience right now. Major inconvenience."
"Needing a new refrigerator, I wanted to shop local hoping the service would be better than at a big chain with all service handled by subcontractors. Unfortunately, that’s not how it went. The sales experience went well enough. Joe answered my questions and handled me poking around the floor models without any issues or pressure. I left uncertain, found the specific model I wanted elsewhere, and returned to buy here because this part of the experience went so well. Two weeks later, when the new fridge was delivered, things went less well. The two delivery guys were insistent that my old fridge was too large to fit through my doorway, going so far as to imply I was lying about having brought it in through the same doorway when I bought it. They were not especially cooperative or professional, so I left it at that and took them up on the offer to call back to the store for pickup once I got the fridge outside myself. That happened the next morning, as it was the soonest I could get a buddy over to help me. The two of us got the fridge out through the same doorway without much effort. When I called the store (now Friday morning), I was told it would be Monday before anyone could come pick up the fridge, and they were hoping scrappers would pick it up before then. The City of Lyndhurst wound up grabbing it that afternoon, saving Snow Bros. from having to deal with the old fridge at all. During that same call, I mentioned that I had hooked up the water and found a leak within the line to the icemaker within the freezer door. I was told to expect a call back from the company that handles warranty repair within about an hour or so. By the time I got that call, days had passed, and I had gotten annoyed enough to order the replacement part and fix it myself. Tl;dr: I bought a new fridge here hoping for that small local shop service. After a decent sales experience, the delivery and follow-up service was severely lacking. I’m also in the market for a new range, but I definitely will not be buying it here."
"My go-to appliance store and I have never been disappointed! Their delivery and after the sale customer service is top notch and they keep their word about follow-up. Prices are competitive but their service/sales team & support is above board."
"I had five appliances delivered and one of the drivers forgot to put the grommets back on the LG fridge door. I discovered this on Saturday and within an hour the store contacted the delivery driver and I had the grommets at my doorstep. That was above and beyond customer service. Most impressive.
