"I Special Ordered a corsage and boutonniere. At the time of ordering in shop. I had sent a picture to the florist on her cell phone a picture of what I wanted. When picking up the order on (9-23-23) The store was busy and I didn't look at them. When I opened the box of the corsage at the time of the event. The wrist band had no stretch and would not fit the petite persons wrist. flowers were loose and flopped. The boutineere was missing the orchid that was supposed to match the corsage. Due to the shop closing at noon and the homecoming being later that evening it was impossible to have any corrections done. Paid $55.00 and they were a Substandard to my order."

"I ordered a corsage and matching boutonniere for my son's Senior Homecoming. When I got there to pick up my order the color wasn't right. I do understand that magenta isn't the easiest color to match either. They immediately went to work to correct it and apologized several times. When I went back the corsage could not have been more perfect. It was absolutely gorgeous & my son's girlfriend absolutely loved it! I can't thank them enough for fixing it.
