"Very BAD experience with florist. I purchased a lantern and called and requested that lantern be incorporated into the flower arrangement. I was told no problem. I took the lantern to the florist, discussed again how I wanted the arrangement. Someone called me back to discuss again and was planning on a $175 tower of flowers. I was running around at the time. When I got home, I called and expressed that this was a 3 hour visitation with no service and I did not want to go that big. He suggested $75-90 which I said was fine and once again I told him lantern was to be incorporated into flowers. I got to visitation, and the lantern was separate from the flowers. The family did not even know who the lantern was from!!! I called up to express my displeasure, and the lady I talked to made it my fault not theirs! VERY DISAPPOINTED IN HER ATTITUDE. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND!"

"Staff here was the best around! They took the time to thoroughly go through an estimate even showing us the exact flowers for my wedding bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres. The flowers looked amazing and lasted well past the wedding. They took the time to locate my requested flowers and had them shipped in from Miami since they were out of season. Couldn't be more thankful for the wonderful customer service and hard work."
