"Let me first start by saying my husband and I have spent over $10,000 in here in the past year, today we stopped in for a quick ring cleaning and to have them check the diamonds ( per the warranty) I asked to have my other rings cleaned which were not purchased here and the sales man was clearly annoyed . He asked us if we had an open account which I replied yes we do but we are just browsing today , after he heard that he wouldn’t take anything else out of the cabinet for us to look at even though I said multiple times look how beautiful that ring was .
