"Very very strict on the what to wear and what you can’t have on the floor such as a push up lip Carmex lubricator. Got sent home cause of a zipper on my pants and they wanted me to drive all the way home and come back. I decided to come back the next day. I was late 5 minutes because there is no close parking spaces that are close to the door for other employees. So it take’s literally 5-7 minutes max to walk to the door depending on how far you park and how many spaces are available. I got let go once I went home on my 3rd day. Then they allow ugg boots on the floor but not crocs. If you don’t wanna walk through a metal detector 5-7 times a day while on the clock don’t apply. Not to mention some employees had mp3 players on the floor but nobody else can or even have your phone on the floor.. With the strict rules they are not going to be able to keep employees. You have to fill a form out everyday of what duties you did and how long it took you. Steve is the manager and wears jeans and doesn’t go through the metal detector not fair To all other employees. Majority of the jewelry is worn and returned your cleaning it and hanging back up."

"I worked for this company for almost 2 weeks. I wasn’t properly trained in everything I needed to be trained in. They would be upset I wasn’t trained in everything but wouldn’t train me and that’s why they let me go. Steve the manager should have made sure training was done by the first few days of me being there. Also the higher ups were disrespectful everyday calling me Kella instead of Lisa like I asked many times. When I would correct them saying Lisa they would roll their eyes at me. Very unfortunate considering I was a hard worker and I would clock in 5 mins prior to when you needed to . Worked on my days off. I guess they just couldn’t find the time to do their job so they let me go. Don’t work for this company they don’t care about you. Management is very unprofessional!!!!"
