"I love vacuums! Shark, Oreck, Rainbow, Kirby...I just do. Sometimes I like to window shop for fun. A few months ago I visited a different vacuum store in North Olmsted to check out Riccar since I have never seen one. The experience was so negative, the guy just ran down my Shark vacuum and when I said the Riccar was too heavy, he treated me like I couldn’t afford it. Fast forward a few months and I am dropping off some dry cleaning in Elyria. I almost didn’t go in to AAA because I was afraid. So glad I did. The sales guy was super nice and showed me a Supra lite Riccar bagged...no pressure, just asked if I wanted to try it. It was everything I wanted. I am very happy with it. I still like my Shark for the attachments, but I love my Riccar and I love that I don’t have to empty it. The vacuums are expensive, but definitely worth it in my opinion."
