"I called, and the guy was noticeably overwhelmed. First he complained that the number off the part wasn't good enough and that he needed the washer model number. Then he still couldn't find the part, and he couldn't remember the part I needed after telling him three times what I needed. He got all irritated with me, complained about how he had a bunch of people at his desk and no time for my issue. He told me to find the part myself and call him back. I found the part myself in seconds online and ordered it from a different place because nobody deserves that attitude."

"I absolutely recommend this business to anyone looking to save on a service call. I called the place thinking I needed a new heating element for my dryer, and he continued to explain to me that I should probably check a couple other things before I went ahead with buying the part, and I'm very very happy he did! I ended up checking all the components in my dryer with a multi meter. When I went into the physical store I explained everything I found and the older man at the counter suggested that it may be the timer because they frequently go out in the generation of dryers that I currently have. He was extremely generous, which I was entirely grateful for as a first time homeowner. I went home and did my due diligence and found that he was absolutely correct. I replaced my timer on the dryer and I could not be more pleased with the service of this establishment! I will 100% be back to V&V for future issues with any of my appliances! "Great place if you need any parts for appliances furnaces or air conditioning units! The staff there is very knowledgeable and very good at assisting their customers! They usually have a wide selection of parts that they stock on hand! I usually always give them a call before I buy anything online! Plus it's nice when you physically can compare two parts to see if they're compatible!"

"I wouldn't call them warm and friendly. The place reminds me of going to a yard for a part. The counter person isn't exactly nice to you but they know if they have what you need. Being able to find locally sold genuine OEM replacement parts for appliances is great, even if they cost more than online."
