"I won't hesitate to buy gifts from Deby again and I will recommend her to everyone I know! I purchased a Christmas gift off of the website. The next day, Deby emailed me to tell me my item was no longer in stock - I did buy it at 3am. She apologized and offered to either refund my money or send another piece in place of the one I purchased. I saw her on New Day Cleveland and I really liked her glass work so I said I'd accept a different piece but was unsure which one so I asked her for help. We traded about 6 emails in a half hour and she picked out the perfect piece I think my sister is going to love.
