"We are looking for a new jeweler as the one we went to retired. Got two pieces of jewelry, bracelets that were not high end. We wanted to see how customer service was before we bought better pieces. The first bracelet broke before I could wear it. The clasp for the end decoration piece fell off. I went to pick up the second one that was special ordered , and brought the broke one. They offered to send it to her or fixed and said it would be back within the week. They also said there would be no charge. When I went to pick it up they said their world be a charge. If they would have been honest in the beginning. I would have asked for a refund . Now we will continue looking for a jeweler. I wish Barnby world have stayed in business in Brunswick. We can’t find anyone with the same customer service they had. I need to get a few good pieces before this summer. So, the search is on again."
