"terrible experience - I called on Friday and made an appointment for Monday. On Monday the guy from the local dealer called to tell me they wouldn't be able to work on my car until Thursday. A complete disconnect with call scheduling center. A big waste of time"

"Made the reservation for installation and paid for it 10 days ahead of the appointment. The installation was scheduled on a Monday. They called on a Sunday afternoon and said the trailer hitch was not in stock and they could not make another appointment for a week. We had to cancel our planned vacation. Be proactive and call. Don't trust the online reservation and payment system. I could have ordered the hitch from Amazon and received it in 2 days"

"He had my hitch in stock, same day I got appt. He had installed in the promised 1.5hrs. beautiful workmanship."

"The item even though ordered two weeks before a scheduled installation, were not yet shipped. I needed the items installed at least a week before I had the installation already scheduled. I still have not heard back about the pending installation scheduled now for Monday 7/31, the original install date was 7/24. I have a dead line for the installation since I need to use it by the weekend of 8/4. Still no response for the rescheduling. I am very disappointed."

"Wow, just wanted a quote on a trailer hitch. Called the phone number and was greeted by automated assistant. Only options were in regards to truck rental. The automated assisted then chirped at me you have not made a selection, uh yeah because I just want to talk to a live person about a quote. I saw in the reviews they do install hitches. Why no option for this ? Why no option for a live person before being scolded by the voice prompt? I’ll do business elsewhere."
