I spoke with Doe on the phone after seeing her website and she took a personal interest in my situation. Doe helped me decide on the jade plant, due to its meaning of good fortune and luck and it was a great fit for welcoming my daughter back and wishing her well in her new job and home. Doe included a card, and some candy as well, took a picture of it and emailed it to me. Doe contacted me throughout the order to ensure everything was what I wanted and also took care to stay within my spending limit.
