"The web was easy to order from but when getting your item 5 months later just by calling customer service after they already taken the money for the order 500 dollars worth in a part and definitely never gave an update on when it will come. The guys at the shop weren’t too helpful as they just made excuses ya it coming just keep waiting but the lady for the customer service department is definitely a 5 star review as she got it straightened out before they cleared it off there list of backordered parts and was at my doorstep in 2 days."
"I dont understand these companies. I called and made a 2500$ order on june 26th, and he said that they have everything in stock. Sure enough a day later i got multiple tracking numbers expecting it to be everything i got. Well it wasnt, it was half of my order, and the carpet wasnt what i wanted. So i called and they said the other stuff is back ordered and that it will be in the end of july and that i can ship them back the carpet for a refund. So thats what i did. A month later, havent heard anything or got my refund for the carpet so i called them. He said that the other parts will be in in about a week and the refund is being processed. So i waited... now its august 21st and at this point im fed up with waiting, so i went through ol 55 and they had everything i needed. So i called them today and asked for a refund on whatever i didnt get and still waiting for the carpet refund..he said he'll have his manager or whatever do the return and i asked how long and he didnt give me an answer....... why take my money and say you have this stuff when you dont and then its like prying teeth to get my money back. Its not like it was one thing that was out of stock, it was like 10 items. Im hoping that i get my 1000+ dollars back soon. Do yourself a favor and call mutton hollow or ol 55, at least you feel like they are being honest with you and will tell you what they dont have in stock, plus they wont charge you for it until it comes in."
"Yea, Woody's has a terrific variety of parts, and yea, they'll get your order out the door quickly, but it's their level of customer service that sets them apart from the competition, these folks REALLY put in the extra effort to help you locate the parts you need. Our shop restores/builds all types of classics and muscle cars, including a regular clientele of tri-five owners who have us service or modify their cars, so having someone knowledgable to assist in parts "chasing" is invaluable. OUTSTANDING!"
"Bought shift linkage bushings for a ‘55… after paying and receiving a receipt .. I awaited the item… it never came- I contacted woodys and was notified that the particular part I ordered was on back order… I was not notified on the website before I purchased, also my receipt doesn’t say that.. I asked for a refund which took almost 20 days… I had to contact them several times. When refunded the money I was shorted a little over 1$ - contacted woodys again - I was told there was a 3% charge to refund a credit card .. I was set back on my parts - and shorted money on return- with no notification of back order - all contact was because I initiated it.. Ordered the parts elsewhere for cheaper - received in 3 days …. Take your business elsewhere"
"Quick to take your money not so quick to refund money when orders are cancelled. Ordered parts in January they sent the wrong parts to the wrong address. Part of that order was shipped to the correct address! Finally canceled the remaining parts on March 23 and asked for a refund. Was told it takes 7 to 10 days to issue a credit! Called April 11 and was told my credit was misplaced and it would take { go ahead an venture a guess } yep another 7 to 10 days. Hella of a way to do business! Filed a Dispute with my Bank. Wouldn't let me post without giving them at least one star. BEWARE"
