"Literally one of the worst experiences of my life. I talked with the guys on the phone and told them I was on my way to pick up a Glock today, they said come on over and I drove 15 minutes, as soon as I walked in they had the gun that I was supposed to purchase still in the case and when I told them I was there to pick it up they told me that they literally had just sold it out from under my nose (took a down payment) while I was on the way there. They didn't even bother to take it out of the case, and then the guy chuckled like it was funny when I told him I had just talked to him on the phone and told him I was on the way, and said "my bad". How unprofessional to have someone on the way and then sell the product because you can't wait 15 minutes.Trashy."

"I'm not going to lie, this is probably my favorite pawn shop to go to. The staff is friendly, the service is great, and the items they sell are wonderful. I'm especially partial to the fact they don't just sell used guns, but also brand new ones. For an AMAZING price. And the staff tries to make what you want work with the amount of money you want to spend. Absolutely adore these guys and the store itself. (If you've never been in, I urge you to check it out. Great prices on things, great merchandise, and wonderful sales, when I was last in there, the computers were 25% off.)"
