"A bad experience turned into a Great experience. Our old Sentra went kaput. STERLING JACKSON, our Salesman was great. Fran in the service dept. was also a great help."
"Helpful staff, professional.. Definitely would recommend. Didnt feel any unusual pressure from salesman, just them trying to do their job to sell a car. My mom drove away satisfied with her new vehicle..Special thanks to Sterling Jackson (sales consultant)"
"Chris was great! He even let us take the car home to make sure our dog would be comfortable in the back. He was friendly and knowledgeable and we couldn't be happier with our car buying experience. Shout out to Eric too! Great service!"
"Took my leased Sentra in for usual maintenance - oil change, tire rotation. There was some other work that needed to be completed as well. The service technician was super friendly. He estimated that the work would take around 90 minutes and they were finished in half that time. I do recommend scheduling an appointment for service instead of just dropping in - that will definitely cut down on wait times."
"I purchased a Murano somewhere else and when I signed my paperwork they agreed to fix a couple things. I dropped it off on a Sunday night for a Monday appointment. There was no way to get in and leave your vehicle had to park it at the gate and walk to leave my keys. Next morning Chris ext# 20206 calls and tells me to diagnose my problem it would be $400.00 just to tell me what's wrong. I explained to him that the warranty people will pay for this well we back and forth and he didn't want to listen to me then decided he would call them. He wanted them to pay for 2 hours of diagnosis and they told him no we will only pay for one because you shouldn't need two and after the first hour you need another one then call us back and tell us why. I was told by my warranty people he didn't like that and hung up on them. If I would have said ok to the $400 for the diagnosis I would have been out of pocket for something that wasn't needed because the diagnosis was done in 1 hours. I don't like feeling like I would have been taken for granted if I didn't questions him. Bad service and it lift a real bad taste in my mouth about going back again and they are 10 minutes from my house and the other Nissan dealership is a half hour"
