"Order brunette lady was very unfriendly refused to help me. Kept saying that she couldn’t help me even though she would not look up my information to see whether or not my product was still under the warranty. Drove to Crestview location. They were able to help me not only look up my product, but also told me what was under warranty on my bracelet and what was not anymore. That’s all the Burnett lady had to do yet. She wanted to sit there and argue with me for 20 minutes. Will not be going to this location ever again."

"Worst experience I’ve ever had while shopping. My parents got me a gift from this store and the lady who took care of them couldn’t be ruder and more impatient. I went back on the same day to exchange something and the lady who “helped” me was making me feel so uncomfortable that I wanted to leave as soon as possible. She tossed the trays on the counter if I asked to see something, she didn’t look at me once or said anything besides “ok.” I love the brand but I will never go back to this store."
"I had a very easy experience because I already knew what I wanted. The clasp was loose after two months and I took it back for a replacement. The issue is I was never asked what size and I never told her either. At that time I was also purchasing a ring so I was more excited about the ring and my guess is we both forgot. I left a voicemail for them to call me about this issue as I tend to live 20 miles away. I never received the courtesy call they said they’d give. I have to drive 20 miles out to simple see if they will give me the proper size bracelet as they tend to stretch with the charms."
