"The manager was rude and arrogant and the website is bait and switch. He wanted to be Mr Smartie pants. Instead of trying to help me figure out the problem I had with getting the wrong brake pads he was more worried about playing on his phone. Terrible experience. I will be calling corporate and filing a informal complaint. I guess the good ole days of the customer is main priority and will do whatever it takes to help them is over!"
"After years of dealing with this business. I've always had good things to say about the company. However my last experience was completely horrible. I ordered a part and was ok with it being there the next morning. The bad part of it all was 3 days later, they said they had to reorder the part again. Then said I should just go to the hub to get the part. I'm not sure they even ordered the part to begin with..got tired of hearing they needed to reorder my part. For the 3rd time. And went to the competition and got the part on the spot. Very disappointed in the way it was handled. I will be using them in the future. But geez. Get it together folks."
