"The in-store experience was great. We went to probably 5 different mattress stores and all but Mattress Kingdom would try to force a specific brand or style on you and tell you what you needed. Taven was very relaxed and not trying to shove anything down our throats. He let us wander the beds at our leisure and answered any questions we had. Our experience with him is ultimately why we went back and ordered a bed from him. He was willing to work with our budget to get us situated. The install team came and installed the bed frame and mattress this morning. The were also accommodating, quick and very nice to work with. Overall I would recommend Mattress Kingdom for your next bed purchase."

"Super disappointed in the result of a returned purchase. Ensure when purchasing, you confirm what the definition of installation is so that you’re not left with movers telling you that you need to remove doors from your new and old appliances though no reason appliances would not fit through the door. Then the movers advised that they could not hookup the appliance though it was paid for or so we thought with a line item on the invoice stating installation. Not to mention said movers decided after overhearing the conversation with the store manager that they could pick up and leave without saying a word. On top of that the store manager was rude stating we were negligent in signing the paperwork at purchase and wanted to raise his voice when speaking “at” us. We took our business elsewhere and will not be returning to this store. Please, just remember, you get what you pay for and unfortunately this was exactly how this situation turned out."

"I’d like to share my experience buying 3 appliances in November from the Appliance Factory location in Columbus, Ohio . Alex was our salesman. He was not pushy at all. He was patient and very informative. I would definitely buy from Alex again . I highly recommend him! Also, I have to give a HUGE shout out to Hunter. Such a nice person with excellent customer service. Detailed oriented, problem solver and KIND! Highly recommend. A real gem!"

The delivery crew was prompt, efficient and took care of everything in a professional manner. Overall, a great experience for us and we will definitely use this store again for future purchases."

"I bought a dryer from Appliance Factory last year and had no problems so when my washing machine broke I felt confident going back. The washing machine got delivered Monday. The delivery people were awesome. I opted to install myself because I have done so before. The machine didn’t work at all. I called the store right away they told me I to schedule a service call with a Whirlpool technician and the soonest they could be there was 8 days after my delivery date. I said no I want a refund and I want you to take this thing back I’ll get a new one. Why would I wait 8 more days for a service call when I can just have a new one delivered by then? They refused to give me a refund and told me I have no other options. The amount of stress and inconvenience I have endured with this company is not worth it. Thankfully after several days of phone calls and having to escalate the issue past the store manager I got a refund and the washing machine was picked up."
