"Bought a fridge and they called the day before with a time of 3-7 I went up the road for lunch and got back at 1:30 to a “Sorry we missed you” note. I called the number and they confirmed my time was 3-7 but they said they could not come back today. I have been on phone calls with them for the last hour and a half because I did not get a call today of an adjusted time and could have easily been here. We are a family of 5 and need our fridge! It is now 3 and this last call they have had me on hold for almost 40 min. If they were 2 hours ahead of schedule how can they not make it back?"
