"My son wanted to propose to his girlfriend using a Victorian era pearl ring that had been in our family for generations. Before sending it off across the country I entrusted the ring to Mike to clean and give it the once over. He checked the overall condition of the ring and recommended replacing the band that had worn thin. In addition to the new band I asked that he replace the mismatched accent diamonds.
