"I ordered 2 Clematis vines 4/26/2021, received them 6/26/2021. They were supposed to be 4" containers. They arrived in a green plastic bag, busted up. One was in a 2" container and the other was just dried up roots. I was also supposed to get a free peony and that was missing. Terrible company. Just wasted $29.00"

"Ordered 6 weeks ago and still have not received bulbs. Line is always busy and when I finally got through they said they are still waiting on merchandise. I was told the only way get a refund was to send a written request or by email. From the reviews I'm reading it doesn't look like I'll be getting my refund or my merchandise. Wish I read the reviews before I lost my money."

"This company is horrible. Order placed 7 weeks ago and still has not shipped. Customer service after numerous back and forth emails states “we cannot locate record of your order”. My card was charged and the have no record of this so I can only assume it’s a fraudulent charge. Reported to the credit card company as such with their email stating they have no order from me. Complaints filed with the BBB, FTC and NY AG. Do not buy from this company. Literal one star rating on every platform. Please read the reviews. Orders are not shipped timely if at all. Refuses to give refunds. Merchandise is dead on arrival. Every review reads the same."

"Tried ordering some lillies for my Grandpa. I put in the wrong address by mistake. I immediately emailed them to see if it could be changed. I waited a few days, no response. I emailed them again, no response. I have called numerous times during the day just to get a busy signal every time. Do not waste your time or money with them. Glad my order wrong after reading the reviews!"

"Ordered around $200 worth of plants, after over a month of no email and half the plants missing I called. They told me they can’t tell me when they will ship or if it will even be this year. Asked to cancel rest of order, was told I have to do it in writing. Zero customer service available. The call center told me they are only allowed to take orders or help with planting instructions. Company will not respond to emails. I had to file a dispute with CC company to get resolution. All the plants we received were wonderful!"
