"Placed an order 5 days prior on July 14th to go to a funeral yesterday the 19th. Got a call TODAY the 20th saying they couldn’t deliver today. Explained the funeral was YESTERDAY. Triple checked my order prior to, and $175 for an arrangement to be delivered the 19th was verified a day later. I was given two different poor excuses as to why they weren’t delivered. Very disappointed."
