"The one negative review on my store is false. I have a small store and had 8 people in there and was working with them. This lady came in twice and never asked me anything except for a business card. When people have questions they come up to the front desk. I’m not sure why she got so upset. I always try to work with each individual because I make so many different types of things. But I’m usually by myself on Saturdays and it can be difficult when you I get busy."

"I was ignored by the owner all 3 times I walked in the store. I told her about it and she was rude and loud about the situation and never apologized. I walked in several times because I did want to make a purchase, needless to say I did not make a purchase and I will never go back. I watched her speak, explain her product to other customers, and laugh and engage with them, but never me. I never accused her of not speaking because I am a woman of color, but she proceeded to tell me about her sister in law so she would never ignore me."
