"Salesperson in appliance section was absolutely no help. Store didn't have display stoves to look at or even a computer to look at models on. I was basically told to go look up online what I wanted and then come talk to them. I left and made my purchase at Big Sandy Superstore."

"I will never give best buy any of my business ever again. I pre ordered a phone and was told by the sales rep they would transfer my data and make sure the new phone was properly working before I left with no extra cost. I go to pick up my phone and oh by the way it will be $100 charge to do what we told we would do for free. I talked to the store manager and he agreed I was given the wrong info but would do nothing about it. I returned the phone . Horrible customer service and just another example of another WOKE company that needs to be shut down!"

"It's been a while since I've been in a Best Buy, but walking through recently has much improved. The store looks modern, they've caught up with meaningful brands on computer parts and accessories. I was browsing during an online pickup order (which was also a great experience), but next time I'll just go in and shop."

"I'm giving them five stars for now for this fun Christmas display. I'm not a fan of Christmas decorations usually as I find them to be a waste of resources, however this vibing snowman made me enjoy being in a store for even a moment. Vibing Bill Clinton Snowman, and Penguin Intern made this a delightful experience for me."

"Horrible experience with checkout at this location. It absolutely broke me. Was making a large purchase, high dollar value, and was interested in the credit card since there's 10% back on your first purchase. Considered getting the membership since it extends the price match window from 15 days to 2 months. Went with the credit card. Passed on the membership. Well, first off the ten percent back comes in "reward certificates" that are essentially coupons that expire. Of course they tell me this after I've signed up for the credit card. Next, when I was completing the purchase, I was charged for the membership! I told the representative that I didn't want a membership and he said that I did. When I asked for a refund, they said I'd need to call Best Buy and he can't help me. So I stayed at the counter and called Best Buy. It took 15 minutes on hold for them to tell me they they couldn't help me! Absolutely gutted. What a horrible day. I left paying $65 more for the products and I have to make another purchase in 90 days to use the "reward certificates". I won't be coming back to this location."
