"What should have been a pleasant experience was not. I flew back into town specifically to pick up an item (in-time for Christmas) of which I was assured for the second attempt to be the correct order / size. Again, it was not. The AGM assured me in-person that he would take personal interest in providing a solution, only for him to initially portray no knowledge of me / my issue less than 48 hours later. I should have canceled my order after the first attempt. Additionally, I should have purchased elsewhere. The young lady who assisted me with purchasing something completely different was wonderful and the issues I was experiencing with Zales did not have anything to do with her. I cannot say that I would unitize nor recommend Zales in the future based off this experience."
