"Stopped here a hour ago to get some flowers for my girlfriend. Another man came in and he was able to get flowers through a supervisor or manager of some sort. She was also the person that rung him up. I was waiting behind him for the same request when I heard her whisper to him that “this deal is not for everyone” he turned around and looked at me in shock and then looked back at her. I returned the same look to him. She continued to whisperer how those roses was only for that customer. Never cared to explain why or even acknowledge me as a customer. We are all in the store shopping for the same thing. Regardless of what’s going on. The least she could have done was have decent customer service. Instead what I saw was privilege. Me and my coworkers left after that."

"I had a wedding in 2020 and ordered some flowers. Later that night i learned we had to cancel the wedding due to covid. I called first thing in the morning, at 10am, about 20 hours later after placing the order, and they would not refund the $400 spent. I doubt they even started on the flowers. No compassion at all. The flowers weren't due until five days later. Very poor customer service do not recommend. I would give a 0/5 if i could"

"I live in Colorado and ordered some flowers on-line for my sister-in-law's birthday, who lives in Eastlake, OH. About 10 minutes later I received a call from the owner. She said that one of the flowers in that arrangement was out of season and suggested a different one as a replacement. And asked if it was okay to replace it with another one. Which I said yes to. She was very courteous, respectful and professional. I highly recommend her floral business to everyone! By the way my sister-in-law just loved them! Thank you very much!
