"AVOID THIS LOCATION AND SAVE THE HEADACHE!! I purchased a steering gear box yesterday. I returned my core to the NAPA Chardon location last night. Instead of giving me my core back they charged my card again for the core so now I've paid 2 core charges 285 and I've already turned my core in. The location said they can't refund my money. This is absolutely unacceptable. the store manager that was helping at the Chardon location this morning said there's nothing she could do to help. after she got upset and started crying and now I'm stuck waiting till who know when to get my money back."

"To NAPA, you’re full of it, there are witnesses who heard you swearing at her, even after you were asked not to speak like that in front of a 5 year old. The windows were half down, it’s been overcast all day, not “in the hot sun”. This also happened at 10am in the low 70’s. Quit acting like a self righteous taint stain and backpedaling. You were wrong. And yeah, the dog was panting, because she’s a 120lb mastiff. Also, she wasn’t “in the coffee shop”, she was on the patio so she can keep an eye on the dog. Want to deny that? Because she posted pics of her daughter on the patio eating."
