"I'm furious with Auto Zone ! My water pump went out I coasted into AutoZone on Park Street. I went in and spent 50 dollars on antifreeze and Stop leak to try and slow the water leak down . I didn't have luck so I went inside and talked to the Manager about my car sitting there until I can get some assistance on towing it to a repair Garage! The manger told me she would let the other Managers know that this car would be sitting here for a day or two ! I was content that it would be ok ! It was about 4-5 days it sat there I even called to let them know I was getting it taken to a Garage to be fixed was assured that it was fine . I hired a company to go get the car and upon arrival to get car it was gone !!! I went in and they said that that Mansfield police had it hauled off so I talked to them and they told me that The Manger of AutoZone called and said the car was abandoned and they needed it hauled off !! So I tracked it down and it cost me 350.00 to get my car out of impound plus another 50 to have it taken to the Garage!! So I'm letting my friends , the Public know DONT LEAVE YOUR CAR OR TRUCK AT AUTOZONE ! The thing is I spend a lot of money with AutoZone from Florida to Ohio ! Been a member of AutoZone for years I am VERY UPSET WITH THEM ESPECIALLY THE ONE ON PARK -STREET !"

"The people there are very nice. As soon as I walk in the door they greet me in a very nice tone. Eric Bosh does very well too he has always found what I have needed and has helped me out. Such a great guy to run a great store."

"I've only had maybe one bad experience. Sure you pay a little more but the store is cleaner the cashiers more politeand if you do have a warranty return they don't make a big deal of it exchanged the parts out right and send you on your Merry way. I've even gotten chatty with the manager she is a very polite and kind woman who doesn't believe in up sales. If she thinks you should use die electric grease on your new spark she will suggest it but not push it. I will never hesitate to return and do more business."
