"Check your bags! Associate gave an empty bag and kept the ring. Store was out of ring boxes and she supposedly just dropped the ring in a bag and it magically disappeared. While mgr tried to review cameras associate continued to make comments under her breathe about the situation out on the floor. Store mgr advised she would call her mgr to see what could be done, and she came out with a sticky number to corporate. Be cautious. Update:1/8/24 Two emails and two calls into the number they requested for me to call and still no one has gotten back to me."
"This was a gift. Wanted a size 4.5 ring, was given a 5 (without being told) and the receipt said it was a size 6. Returned it to a different store."

Ended up still purchasing my item and went online as well as called corporate and found out the manager lied and that my discount should have been honored.
